Tom lives in a place with some of the most amazing sunsets in the world. A new gallery named Sunrise-Sunset West is being set up with a collection of these weird and wonderful light displays. The highlight image is an example of these brilliant sky shows. Many more images will be added in the coming weeks as new images are processed and uploaded.

For 30 Days from mid January to mid February 2019 the National Parks Arts Foundation sponsored Tom as Artist in Residence at Death Valley. Operating from a base at Stovepipe Wells Village, Tom was able to explore over 100 miles of the park's length producing images of the extraordinary natural features and rich human history.

These new images are now posted in a new "Death Valley" gallery along with work from prior visits to the Valley. We hope that you will enjoy and be inspired by this most unususal of places.

In November 2018 Tom posted his 500th image to the website. This represents most of the work of the last twenty years. This has been a rich and varied journey from California to Scotland, from Canada to texas, and many places in between. The photography continues, mainly in the western United States.

After twenty years of shooting medium and large (4x5) format film, Tom is scanning his portfolio and placing it on the internet. The first 300 images are now available for viewing and purchase. More will follow soon. For the last two years digital images are also being added to the collection. We hope you enjoy his vision.
